▪ Discovery Court Business Centre is owned by Key Property Investments, which is a joint venture between St Modwen Properties PLC (who manage the centre) and Salhia Real Estate Company of Kuwait.
▪ This is one of a number of Business Centres owned and managed by St Modwen Properties and forms part of the company's strategy of revitalising former employment complexes to provide office accommodation for new and growing local businesses.
▪ The Business Centre was formally opened in April 2004 by the Mayor and Mayoress of Poole, Councilor Ray Smith and Mrs Jean Smith.
▪ Debbie Cairns is responsible for the daily management of the centre. There are also 2 part time receptionists who are managed by a Reception Manager.
